Like many people, during lockdown I gained quite a few pounds… and then gained even more whilst developing and testing endless dishes for MasterChef!! So, during lockdown #3 I decided to create my own range of healthy eating, low calorie meals to get me back on track. Since then I have dropped nearly 2 stone and not only regained my figure but also my confidence with these simple but tasty, healthy recipes. Nothing is forbidden, especially not the taste. So, whether you have a long term weight loss plan, or simply want to eat healthily and know how many calories are in the food you are eating, the MrsMillsCooks under 350 calorie recipe collection is a life saver when it comes to breaking your dieting boredom.
